It's not the first time threads have disappeared of the face of the planet though.

It protects Billy more then it protects anyone imo. People should see the snake he is so they at least have the option to give him a wide birth. You're not protecting anyone but Bill imo. It ensures people just stay blind to what a snake he is. Blind to what he thinks of their lifestyle, struggles or background. That's best for them is it? Pulling the wool over peoples eyes? I want to know if there's a snake in our midst. We differ on opinion here mate. Report my post if you disagree with it and let the bent mods deal with it. I won't hold it against you. I'll just keep the screenshot to produce when the people who were made ignorant for their own protect stand up for him.

I know you had the very best intentions cause you're a stand up geezer. No hard feelings fella. You know I loves ya.

Looks like I'm the only mod on here tonight.

I deleted the thread as you requested and also tried to explain that I was in the middle of deleting Billy's posts when you put the request in to delete your thread.

I'm not sitting on here all night. I pop in and out but some think I'm on here permanently watching everything all the time.

I gave Billy every chance to apologise to everybody but he wouldn't apologise for the racist post. That's why I've asked the mods for a ban.

If anyone has a problem me being a mod I'm happy to step down. I've offered to step down before and asked for others to step up and no one did, so you're stuck with my "dictatorial" attitude.

You're a good mod in my view mate, I don't believe you've got any other agenda than logging in and hoping for a bit of a laugh and some good banter.

It's a job nobody wants.

I've just deleted Bri's post above because he re-quoted Billy's posts from the other thread. They didn't need repeating.

I'm not protecting Billy here. They just don't need repeating.

Can I just add, while I'm being accused of being a racist sympathiser, just to remind a few, my wife is Bengali. And a Muslim.

And over the last 5 or 6 years I've seen a lot of racist crap and anti-muslim posts on here. Billy even offered to give her one!

I got past that, eventually, because it's just a ****ing football forum and I get by very well without really giving a flying **** about anyone on here. Apart from 1 guy, anyway.

Not once have I asked for anyone to be banned because of their posts, even after the vilest anti-Muslim **** following dreadful atrocities.

Not once.

The mods are by no means racist sympathisers. Good chaps.

This board created a rod for its own back years ago when it allowed racist content without handing out relevant punishments. These mods are just carrying on in the fashion that took shape long before their time.

No idea what happened here so not passing judgement on Billy. These mods however are blameless for me.

Well you wouldn't because they've done the best to wipe out any trace. They want to keep you ignorant to what's gone on.

I'm being diplomatic mate. I wouldn't say ignorant to what's been said.

Billy said he hoped my kids get gang raped not so long ago. He's said this stuff enough times for us all to get the gist without seeing it.

I take your point though.

Billy seems to say a lot of things in poor taste (putting it lightly).

Can't quite tell if he actually means them or whether it's part of a 'persona' he tries to create.

Probably never will tell either.

Sorry fella. Had a bloody hard day at work then a bloody good evening/night straight after. I'm a bit worse for wear but this place hasn't crossed my mind once just thought I'd log in for a bit of a read before bed. More mid bashing going on I see. No surprise eh?
