I'm going to be appointing a few mods for the team boards tonight, was wanting the place to settle a bit to be able to pick out good ones.
 
Appointing moderators will only work if those appointed would carry the guidelines and run with them.

Maybe a vote as to what level of moderation would suffice to keep everyone happy?

Should probably allow swearing and so on, but require that people put [NSFW] at the start of a thread title if the contents aren't work-safe.

I agree, I'm going to look into a NSFW button that people can push while viewing and publishing a thread.
