they want the same space, almost always. Pardew's not daft though, we'll get it right soon enough.

They rarely play in the same side for Senegal. Too similar to work. Plus they are greedy and never pass to each other even if the other is in prime position to score.

I wrote a thread on a Sunderland board asking if there was any truth in the rumours that Sunderland fans booed Taylor...I also congratulated Fletcher (but got his name wrong) and was accused of doing this on purpose (not sure what I could possibly have gained from doing this intentionally?) - Was told to **** off by Cest, and then any response to any further question was 'take your medicine, you've been found out' which to me seemed on a par with putting your fingers in your ears and saying "NAH NAH NAH NAH"

Had I come on and said "Dirty mackem scum, booing players" then I could understand the response, but I didn't accuse anyone of anything, I just asked a question (and it turned out, some fans DID boo - they were in the minority and it was because they thought he was feigning injury)...To be honest, it ****ed me right off and it (albeit momentarily) put me off posting on here at all.

As I've said many times, I have a lot of Mackem mates (most of them are in the forces) and I like knowing how the club is doing, sometimes even if its just so I can have a bit of craic with my mates talking about our respective teams with a bit more knowledge than MOTD gives you. Cest, your within your rights to post what you like especially on the Sunderland board, but I think its a bit of a case of people in glass houses - you were the one who made the first move turning that thread into a 10 page bickering session and I'll admit I played my part by rising to it, but I'm certainly not the only one to blame!

No they did not! As many Swans fans have stated, the Sunderland fans in the ground stood up to applaud him off. The only person who has said that he witnessed any booing was obviously one of your own, who had gave himself a spanking brand new ID for that single purpose..

I think you will find that I was a contributor to the thread not the instigator of it. The tone of my replies mirrored the tone of the question which sought to betray the reputation of good sunderland fans, despite Swansea fans denying it occured. Sadly, the escalation of abuse has been the result of many, many weeks of your fellow mags not WUMing but destroying and ruining this board for everyone else.

A combination of putting up with their ****e on a day to day basis has led to an intolerance of all mag replies and the decline of this forum for Sunderland fans. I don't come over on the Newcastle board to wind anyone up and come on here to discuss sunderland matters with sunderland fans.

If there has been abuse then I'm afraid it has been brought on you by your own kind and although admittedly I haven't exactly covered myself in glory at times on this, I am not sorry it has led to the banning of the individual pricks that have all but destroyed this forum.

If in future mags want to come on here to have a proper discussion and reasonable debate, then I will welcome it and respond likewise but dont now come the crestfallen innocent party, when your actions added to, not detracted from, to ease the tensions that were building for some time.

There was posters from another Sunderland forum (rtg or something?) who said they'd initially boo'd - Chiek found it and posted it on that thread...Its all a bit redundant now anyway. I don't think any fans are immune from boo'ing a player for diving (or diving into a big tackle) but similarly there are very few who would continue to boo when said player turns out to be injured. Take todays game, 90% of the ground laughed when Ben Arfa went to hit a cross field ball which only went as far as Darren Bent's face - had he been seriously injured I'd like to think our fans would stop laughing and show a bit of respect.

I was saying this many weeks back bobby.
But after wasting an hour reading many threads I now think our MODs should harden the truck up & give a straight red like Saturday for dangerous play!

The board doesn't need to be saved. It's fine. Some need to stop trolling and some need to be less sensitive. Most are fine.

If we all stopped swearing and shouting this thread would be a lot more peaceful. Please behave.

This. I'm all for stepping on wums, but some mags who come on and post just get shat on regardless. I DO go on the NUFC board and post and I can't see a problem with that. Likewise when mags come on here to find out what's happening with their second-favourite team. I don't set out to annoy the mags and generally they are pretty tolerant if you just want some craic. Some of them no doubt think I'm a twat, but I'm too long in the tooth to be holding out for universal popularity. Anyway, it's not who you are, it's what you say, and while you can't define when a piss-take becomes a deliberate wind-up you can generally tell the difference. If everyone thinks a wee bit harder before they type replies, I suspect a lot of problems will simply vanish.

Surely we can all effectively ban them by totally ignoring anything that they post, in fact don't read any of it. Don't rise to the bait that they set and they will get fed up and leave. They must be pissing themselves that they can cause so many problems by just posting stupid comments.
Come on lads, be bigger than them, take no notice.
