Why not simply articulate a response to the opening post?
A Jimmy Saville analogy was even used by a mod on another locked thread.
No humour in it. I think fans involving themselves in social activities to broaden the reach of BCFC, and raise money for kids teams etc is to be encouraged.
set up a thread which includes a link where one would be able to donate to such a scheme and then you done your bit and hopefully people would be generous.
however the mods on the city board are well respected with the 99.9% of city members. the rubbish that some of you have put their way may mean that you wont get much because biting the hand that you want to feed you, aint really sensible is it.
i think most gasheads on here has shown more respect to the city mods that some of you guys.
just saying like.
Maybe the silence and childish jokes indicate the mods do feel helping out kids teams and the community trust is crap.
There it is, they have nothing to come back with. Won't offer anything, won't meet I person, won't do anything. Its just words on a forum. No meaning or anything to it.
Its blokes spending endless hours talking to their boyfriends. No respect for him, no respect for them , he is boring etc. Bitchy as well.
Donation the community trusts way? They have links.
They could also get in contact with those they coated off and ask them if they would like an end of season donation. They know the e mail address.

I really have no idea why these 3-4 people love to argue and berate this forum at every single opportunity, they been doing it since the summer, they are worse than chris gas for ruining threads and driving people up the wall

if you feel so strongly about it then make a thread and include the links yourself. why expect someone else to do it for you? get off your own ass and do it if you want it.
mods on here wiz, angelic and shiny are just normal fans like any other city member on here. they dont get paid for being a mod and they give up their own personal time to make sure the board is looked after to help out the owner of the site who also has their own full time job on the side of this site. they have given up so much of their own personal time to make this site succeed and that growth its made is fantastic. mods on this site (not like on other sites) are here to just make sure no racism and threatening behaviour exist. they can delete threads if threads go off topic and delete threads/comments that threaten the board.
some of you need to amend your thinking on what mods on this site can and cant do and at the same time wind your neck in a bit.

my theory for these people are that they are members of another forum who all know each other and that they just want to cause issues on this forum because they are jealous of how this forum has grown bigger/better than theirs! just a theory. they seem to mention other forums a fair bit in with their moans so putting 2 and 2 together and all that. you know i like a good conspiracy
fair play to the mods though for sure even if wiz dont like me!

The trust accept donations. Other fans groups, and websites including the ones the mods dislike have raised money, or got involved in projects. The mods also know who to contact elsewhere. It has been suggested before on this site.
ok now were getting somewhere, you have added a link
next step, go to the main board, click on 'post new thread' which is in the top left hand corner. a new page will open for you to make a thread. then make the title of the thread. give a good spill in the main part to encourage people to donate and the reasons why to donate etc etc and then add that link with it and bobs your uncle you made a 'positive' thread
if you get stuck with the above instructions, im sure a city mods can assist you.
here is a few questions for you and your gang....
1) it may have been suggested before but why didnt you make a thread then with the details yourself back then?
2) why cannot you not grasp the info that mods on this site are completely different to mods on other sites? (this has been explained to you all several times).
3) why do you think wiz, shiny and angelic have to raise money just because mods on other sites have? (if you read the info that covers Q2 that would help you understand).
4) so why do you have selective reading? (obviously clearly the case).

1/ It was stated on here that money was being raised weeks and months ago for a kids team. The mods clearly didnât want the details. The response has not been apathy, it was hostility e.g flogging crap.
2/That is clear, other forums are described as crap. Fans projects were describe as crap. Fans get called utter bores and statements made about having no respect for other fans. There was a refusal to meet fans they have criticised in person, implications of non existent threats and remarks about Jimmy Saville. The Jimmy Saville remark is not funny to anybody with kids.
When challenges are posed threads are locked or disappear.

But on top of that I donate £10 a month to the community trust scheme and pay out on other stuff towards City. Have to check with the Mrs as she looks after finances.
So does that make me a bad poster or a good poster I'm confused.

Sorry ROD but HE doesn't contribute to the site in a positive way, HE never comment on this website unless its moaning out mods. I don't see what HE brings to this forum but constant trouble making. I've spoke to him a number of times about the problems they raise and he chose not to listen. I'm not banning them all as most of them don't cause as much problems as he has.
