I don't think you'll find the job too bad Norway, as you have a lot of respect on here and people will tend to respect your decisions as well. I'm a member of another forum that's quite well moderated and think their methods would work quite well here. If there are any abusive remarks, they just delete the remarks and any replies, So you will sometimes see a post from the moderator along the lines of... one abusive post and three replies deleted. I think it works because it stops others joining in the arguments and making things worse. It also keeps the thread on track. Sometimes on here there's a minor spat, but then it gets out of control because every man and his dog joins in. If the posts are deleted, then most won't ever see them and all will be well with the world. Just thought this is something you might want to consider. I noticed that Chico deleted all the crap from the Man City thread and that quickly got back on track. I think that's the way to do it. And apply the laws fairly for everyone.
