As I have stated on many occasions, I couldn't give a crap if someone was chosen over me, I'd be perfectly fine with it.

On another note, voting for yourself should be fine. If you think yo're the best for the job, then why sell yourself short?

Someone started a vote of no confidence in DMD a while ago and he was supported in the vote by the majority. Whether that's still the case now I don't know, but we can't assume everyone wants Dutch to stop modding just off the back of a few posts on here.

And as I said before Ricardo probably knows nothing about this. He may just be busy with his studies or whatever, it's not really fair that he logs in one day and finds out he's been ousted as mod.

I think what I said before makes sense: this process is to elect one additional moderator. If people want rid of an existing moderator then that's a separate issue and needs addressing separately. Ideally after this process has finished.

They want to whine about 'moderation' by being allowed to disrupt threads with a twisted version of reality.
