It's a very difficult decision for me as well, so much so that the fairest thing is to be meritocratic.

Therefore, I'm auctioning off my vote to the highest bidder.

We'll start the bidding with f*ck all.

I would like to know from both what they think they bring to the role

cant under estimate what a 3rd mod is

he is the dealbreaker when Spurf and Pnp can’t reach a decision, so it’s a very important role

The trouble with your posting history is that I never know when you are being serious. It is your greatest strength as a poster, keeps everyone on their toes.

I will take this at face value. Even though I bet you never intended anyone to.

Point 1 - we weren't chosen, we agreed to stand, as could have any Spurs contributor.

I doubt that Spurf and PNP disagree very much about the running of the board, so I don't think much impact on the running of the board will be seen even if RCL or I wanted to. I very much support the light touch approach we have now. Only abuse will not be tolerated.

I am instinctively against banning people but accept occasionally it is necessary.

I think my main qualification for the role is that I am sad enough to be on here quite a lot. If my employers knew how much I would be fired.

If I could improve my content in any way it would be to write match threads as knowledgably as PNP or as funnily as RCL. But I cannot. Back office functionary is what I am suited to.

That is my one and only pitch.

I voted for RCL not to reciprocate his kind vote for me but because he will be better at the role. He has contributed more quality posts in recent years than I have and I see a top class relationship between him and all board members. I will do it if that is the decision, but I would be a little surprised. If I win the vote I will assume it is to tie me up in admin so that my half baked ideas on selections formations and tactics never come to light.
