Are people suggesting he's a friend of Appleby and McPhee? What's Davies' injury? Thigh strain? Is that a 3 month layoff?
Well, it's not. No matter what you think of people speculating about this, Jelavic has played 26 games this season and we haven't been told that he's been "a week away" for over 2 months.
I think he meant from the point of view of them both having a recurring injury issue, not when they'd play next(in response to all the nonsense about him not giving a ****).
Well, I don't think its a case of not wanting to play or attitude, I seen him in the crowd (on TV Highlights). He must give some sort of **** to be there watching when he probably does not have to be.
Meyler was funny on Tuesday night, he couldn't find his seat, he came past us twice with some Irish mates winding up about not knowing where to go in his own stadium. He looked very dapper.
Unless they've changed the rules - and why would they? - then all players who can walk have to report for home games unless given special approval to do otherwise.
As soon as we're safe; fingers crossed, I'd send him on his holidays and say rest, rest, and more rest and come back for pre season training firing on all cylinders
tendonitis is a ****er. I had it and there is no time scale for this other than rest then gentle exercise. I was lucky and was never injury prone and always at a good fitness level but I missed a full pre season and half the season before I reappeared. took another few games to trust the knee again. a few times I thought I would be ready but clearly wasn't and aggravated the problem. I was told that if the knee locked, which it felt like it could of at any time for a period, it was a 999 job and straight to surgery. not to be taken lightly
