let them write to me I will take on board what they have to say until then I suggest you try and make stupid comments which you know full well if you reply to me I will come out all guns blazing
My MOM was Charlie Taylor he earned us a penalty scored a very good goal similar to Warnocks against Bolton last season but Silvestri ran very close just spoiling it with the punch instead of catching the ball
The comments were made to you, me and ristac on the open forum. Feel free to ignore this heads up its not me you will be pissing off.
You should know by now I have made this very clear I couldn't care less I will speak what I think his the truth come what may that's the beauty of old age as you will no doubt find out This lad is not made for turning now where have I heard that before!
Just got back as had a few beers in MK after the match. Then easy trip back to Watford. All in all as has been said, we rode our luck today. There were some good spells of possession early on and the 2nd goal was good. Fantastic away support. I was sat in the MKd area at the halfway line and it was like a home game when the Leeds fans erupted on the second goal. Had a good crack in hotel/pub before the game. Owner was Leeds fan and away season ticket holder and wore his top as did his son. Good few hundred Leeds inside and out and all good natured. Sadly after the game I went back to the same pub only for some morons to start a bar brawl. Bloke got refused drinks by the landlord for trying to pass off a dodgy credit card. He left and came back with 8 leeds mates who promptly smashed a bottle over a mans head and attempted to throw barstools at the staff behind the bar (including 2 or 3 barmaids). Several other leeds fans were punched and glasses thrown before the eight pissed off. Women behind the bar had blood on their shirts and were shaken up, as did the landlord who bravely jumped in to break things up. Also some louts outside who thought it funny to overturn a pub bench, glasses and all. Utter scum and this, in a pub run by a yorkshire lad and leeds fan who had looked after so many fans before the game. Ashamed really. Spoke to landlord and of all the teams he's had in he's never had any trouble. He said before the restrictions on away fans, Wolves had taken nearly 9,000 to MKdons. Not one bit of trouble from them or any other team.
Yip, he said that he was able to give Berardi rest for the 2nd time, and complimented Taylor as he's not been able to give him a rest, yet is still producing excellent performances. His choice of words, hence why I was using the 'having a rest' languge whilst talking about Bamba & Mowatt.
Just got back from the game. Pity we couldn't keep the score to nil against, but a fair performance nevertheless. On a separate point, don't know if any of them are on here, but very many thanks to all the guys who helped me get onto the Bletchley train around 6.30 & to plod who held the train up for me. Cheers guys
Thanks Bucks... If that had been us in a White today we would have been spitting nails, how on earth did we not score a 3rd at the end.. Not the greatest penalty by Wood and match reports sound like we were very lucky but 3 points is all that will be remembered come the end of the season.
