I like the way we're ganging up when they're trying to play out of defence. That'll get us a goal, or their keeper will gift us one.
There’s a decent side in this squad now mind, and I mean a very decent side. Considering pre season we all accepted we were ‘very much League One’, we’ve done great. I can see us closing that gap once we are all bedded in and clicking. We’ve so much more than we had, and there’s players not even on the bench. Be a crying shame of goalkeeping costs us, given that’s what put us in this league to start with.
cannot pass the ball game, what the hell is wrong ? at least find a player, it drives me daft that £10 to watch this as well, they have slackened off defending as well. i would not risk Wyke or mcgeady though and tack Gooch off in the 2nd half and get the 2 new players on as we wont get forward now.
I assume we all agree we can already see Jones is gonna bring a lot to the table when fully match sharp. Far too good for League One surely?
well, missed the first 20 minutes but would i be right in thinking we sat back after we scored? two main points for me, why do we insist on giving the ball away so easily and why has jones had little to no support on the left...he looks like he wants to get some quick one-twos away and no one was there.
Hmm not sure about that, he cuts in rather than going down his wing, gets surrounded and then gestures where are you?
