I think the jury is out on Perez. Mitro has the physical attributes and character to be a good mid table premiership striker. Perez I am. It so sure. He looks good in patches but allround I think he is a weak player.

The stats back this up. They are both in a poor team so who knows. But in the premiership you don't have the luxury of a few seasons to bed in. You either make the cut or you leave.

The championship is a rough fast league with a lot less focus on skill and more about strength and pace. This is why I fear for Perez.

 

Perez has been bloody awful for the last two months. He's a kid though and not alone.
