    We knew we would be on track before the Tottenham game if, as a lot of us said we'd be happy with, we six points from the following four games, that's exactly what we did. Shame certain posters don't realise this...<whistle>

    What we need now is a nice smashing of Hull to get back in the swing of things before we enter the Block of Megadeath

    Stoke (a)
    Aston Villa (h)
    Everton (h)
    West Brom (a)
    Arsenal (h)

    Last season we only got 1 point from these 5 fixtures.

    Stoke City A

    Everton H
    West Brom A

    we have to win away. in this block ant take say 10 to 12 points realistically. thats what we have to do to get back up there and prepare for arsenal and of course that end of season with chelsea and city at home.

    good win today, for a team who struggled badly to actually try much. shockingly disjointed.

    you just can't beat having quality in your side and a friendly ref though. we carried lucas and both full backs at least.. i thought we carried coutinho too. his work rate and running is missing right now.

    I know what you're saying MITO but today was all about the result IMO. We had to win as everyone else did.

    There is a lot of work that needs doing to our team and I think Rodgers will overhaul the defence and DM area within the next 2-3 windows.
