Isn’t that exactly what you’re doing,judging him on his public persona rather than what he actually does?
What he actually does seems to be the great mystery. I will say it’s been a lot better since Clegg moved on. He was poison to the relationship between the club and the fans. However maybe that’s because he was too busy getting stuff done. Who knows.
He's gone into great detail with the SW group at various projects he's been involved with. Very well respected part of the ITFC behind the scenes team, with many fellow staff being incredibly complimentary with the work Milne's done/ efforts he's gone to. He's been a pleasure to meet / very honest with questions - that's my opinion anyway. Of course, other people may have the complete opposite - no issue there from me.

Producing and planning strategic operating plans and objectives for the long-term future. Also ensuring all short term targets have been achieved. Keeping in regular contact with the board of directors or chairman and to maintain a positive relationship. Not meeting many of those roles?
