There were no positives today. Woeful defending, no movement, nothing in midfield at least until Bonner came on, physically weak, second to almost every second ball, no really great chances created except Cannon’s, didn’t test the goalkeeper at all, wasted every set piece, bullied by a piss poor limited team.

I wouldnt be bothered if kakay never played again. The more I see of him, the more he looks totally lost! At times I forgot Dozzell was even on the pitch.

I was reminded Dozzell was playing when he picked up the ball, turned back and passed sideways or got brushed off the ball like a child. Bloke doesn’t have the bollocks for football at this level. Paal in midfield was awful too. You know exactly what you’ll get at Millwall and we couldn’t have played more into their hands.

Don’t get me started on Dozzell. The guy is an enigma. What do successive managers see in him???

Could not follow so just read this rather depressing thread. Looks like some sort of change in January is our only hope. Given the financial limitations, there is not much hope there either. Fed up on Boxing Day.

If Dykes, Dunne and Dozy start on Friday, I am going to have a plan B lined up.
I am sick of seeing:
1. Dykes completely unavaible to recieve the ball, unless it is launched from 60 yards. Hold up play? **** OFF!
2. Dunne giving apponents a goal from not being aware of what is happening around him. Teams set up to let him have the ball (Every team!)
3: Dozy passing the ball backwards and often after half an hour of walking around with it, if not under pressure.
Not too sure about the criticism of Kakay. He has his limitations, but always tries to be quick and go forward.
Football is a dangerous game: Millwall had 17 serious head injuries in the second half. Perhaps we should change the rules because such life-threating situations is just too much of a price to pay.

I watched him a bit more second half, for want of anything better to do and he did make runs when the midfield had it but never tried to play him in. I don’t rate the guy but as a lone striker I still think he’s the best of our three bad options. Very odd Armstrong didn’t get a chance today though. Presumably the manager just gave up and figured he’d save him for Friday.

Difficult to see his movement on the computer, but whenever the ball goes into the box, he is standing still with a defender between him and the player on the ball. Every time a cross comes in he runs past or at the first post. surely if Chair has the ball down the left he should be wide right?

Haven’t lost faith in Marti, he’s just trying his best with a very thin squad and no one who can score goals. Being stuck with Dozzel is a problem and he’s apparently one of our highest paid players. No team would win with him in the starting line up.
