A tester of a game for Millwall tonight and for their under pressure manager. Rumour has it that this is a must win game or Harris will be given a vote of confidence

A lot will depend on the positive approach adopted by Milwall in the first half. Goals from them in the first 45 minutes are needed to calm the spectator.

An evenly matched first half from two balanced teams only separated by the fouls commited by Millwall. Millwall easily topped this first half measure 8:4

Will there be changes in the second half - exciting stuff from the New Den.

The spectator returns to the stand with his jellied eels

Millwall score a goal against the mighty Stevenage. A close header, probably offside but every one counts.

The spectator goes wild and Jellied eels fly everywhere

Elliot was the scorer, a product of the wonderful Leeds academy. He was unable to secure a place in their team and had to move on, but now seems to have found his level able to score against teams from the fourth level of the english league.

Another goal from Millwall, the spectator missed this one, as he was in the toilet. Anyway Elliot scored again, he really has found his sweet spot against appropriate opposition. Millwall will for ever be grateful to the Leeds academy, the city of Leeds and their supporters, every single one of them.

The spectator breaks into song - "any old irons any old irons?" I think he is looking for Brissie

Stevenage now take the lead, 12:10 on fouls committed. Dirty Millwall won't be pleased with that and I can see them stepping up to the plate to rectify this.

I think the Stevenage players are now more focused on their day jobs, it's a late night for a lot of them today and they have to get up early in the morning to do their paper rounds. This is surely playing on their minds as we move in the closing stages of the match, that and the homework they have still to finish. A young team and still developing and lets face it this is the second attempt Millwall have had at beating them in recent weeks

Fouling Millwall, as expected, have brought it back to parity with fouls committed and I could see them surging forward now to take the lead in this game, such is their skill in this area.

And there you have it Tony Craig flys into the Stevenage player with both sets of studs showing, a bit like a kangaroo in a fight, and Millwall are once again in the lead, but a close game this.

So the final whistle, the teams couldn't be separated on fouls 13:13 but Millwall sneak through on goals scored. They'll be hoping to avoid their bogey team Barnet in the next round. They won 3:1 away from home.

The spectator has now left his seat, it's a bit damp, not sure what that is but I'm sure the nurses will be able to sort that out when he gets back to the hospital.

I think you should write 'spectators' in the plural

As well as the Millwall fan, there's a bloke who drives the bus, 2 on duty police, a bloke selling jellied eels and an ugly bird from St John Ambulance and they all watch ........

........now and then

Only if they have to or are paid, like the girl, well I say that loosely, from the St John's ambo. Lets face it Harris tries to avoid watching too.
