Big assumption there mazzer! When Seri is away at the Africa cup of nations could Tufan play in the middle of midfield with Slater and Morton either side of him presuming all are fit.

As soon as I heard that we were after Morton, I thought that the thinking behind that was that he would be an excellent replacement for Seri when he goes to Afcon. I also think that Tufan is our best option as a 10 in the current setup, based on most recent performances. When Seri is away at the Africa cup of nations could Tufan play in the middle of midfield with Slater and Morton either side of him presuming all are fit.

It was just a thought what would your midfield be when Seri goes.As soon as I heard that we were after Morton, I thought that the thinking behind that was that he would be an excellent replacement for Seri when he goes to Afcon. That’s how I would expect our midfield to look whilst Seri and Traore are away, assuming that those three are fit. In the event that they’re not, I would imagine Twine, would come in for Tufan and Doc for Slater but not sure who would/could cover for Morton. It’s unlikely that they’d all be injured at the same time but you never know!It was just a thought what would your midfield be when Seri goes.
