Colchester have scored 2 more goals than us but have conceded more goals than anyone else in the football league, so they won't fancy facing us on our terrific run and nor either with our three strikers all on fire creating and scoring for fun. It all points to another three points for us which could propel us into the play-off zone for the first time this season. Aiden O’Brien, Lee Gregory and Steve Morison will feel confident of adding to their individual totals against a Colchester defence that has conceded 37 goals in league 1 this season, eight more than Barnsley who have the second worst defence in league 1. Neil Harris might have to plan without Carlos Edwards, who is still struggling with the tight hamstring that forced him off in the first half of the 5-3 win at Plymouth 11 days ago. Sid Nelson replaced Carlos Edwards at Plymouth and is in the frame to replace him tomorrow, as is Jamaican international Shaun Cummings. Byron Webster will continue his partnership with Mark Beevers in the centre of defence with Joe Martin, still unbeaten in eight competitive outings for Millwall, at left-back. Harris has decisions to make in midfield with Fred Onyedinma and Shane Ferguson competing for a place on the flank with the returning Ed Upson. Elsewhere there are no new fresh injury worries for Harris to contend with as Millwall seek to extend an unbeaten record at home to seven games since the 2-0 defeat to Southend on September 26. Colchester have Marvin Sordell up front who was once touted as a future England international and despite their difficulties keeping clean sheets, Colchester could still pose problems for our defence missing captain TC. Harris highlighted the potential potency of their attack after watching their 3-1 defeat to Coventry last weekend with his assistant, Dave Livermore. Colchester are likely to include former Lions player Matthew Briggs at left-back, but Owen Garvan, who was on loan at Millwall last year, is injured. Boss Tony Humes may also have just two fit senior centre-backs available for the trip to The Den. Marvin Sordell is sure to get a famous den welcome. 4-1 nuff said and another team smashed out of sight. The wall express goes marching on calling next at Fleetwood. 2 defeats in 16 and 9 unbeaten in all competitions at home.
Exactly brissy as we're on fire mate, our three strikers had a hand in 3 of our goals either scoring or assisting.
