I promise I'm not trying to elevate myself to chief match day thread poster. I'm far too unreliable.
But in the absence of a thread this far I thought I'd just open the thread for our visit to the Lions Den.
Millwall having a topsy turvy season and looking like a solid mid table club.
Could be a serious test for SM and his new band of warriors.
Anyway, looking forward to reading your views.

You can stick up a matchday thread anytime clingo - and thanks for this one to kick it off. <ok>

Never like the Millwall games. This one maybe a case for holdup strength and grunt up front - Hughill and Uche together perhaps?

I'd like to see Isaak Davies start again though, but I'd like him to come back with both legs still attached.

Middle of the park is a no change no brainer for me unless he opts for more aggression with Vaulks (I hope not).

At the back, no question same again. Smithies as keeper should be a given for every game unless he gets hurt.

Cheers Sparkey.
I agree with what you say.
Vaulks will be a red card waiting to happen.
Isaak Davies has certainly earned a start and I don't think he'll get intimidated by the home crowd.
That said, I don't think any of our guys will be intimidated and will be focusing instead on their new belief in themselves.

Could be a really interesting game.

I don't think Millwall's very recent form is that great, so with us on a good mini run, could we have struck it lucky timing wise to be playing them?
I also believe Jed Wallace, who as far as I am aware is still one of their better players is refusing a new contract, which could reflect a little unease within the camp perhaps (never thought I'd be putting the words Millwall and camp in the same sentence <laugh>).

We never seem to have easy games against this mob though, but I'm sure the gaffer will be pumped for wanting a result on his first return to the Den since leaving the Lions.

We're rank outsiders to win this @ 12/5 against.............I can feel a small wager coming on...........<whistle>

Bet of the day on the game whether we win draw or lose has to be Tommy Doyle to score @ 9/1 - ten quid gets you a ton back (or nothing). <laugh>

Millwall will be more physical than Peterborough so Harris better suited to that with options to bring on Uche/Davies/Colwill later to freshen up.

Maybe keeping Davies for Tuesday as well.

That apart, same 18 as midweek so good to see continuity - and Collins having a longer rest.

Had chances to win this but switching off at the back has cost us. Always going to be tough this one.
Never mind. Regroup and move on.
