Why is it that his suspension is being reported as 2 games rather than 3?

I thought a straight red was 3 games?

If that's the case then he'll only miss today and Donny away.

i wish i could answer you. Its a 1 game ban, that is 99.999999999999% upgraded to 3 games. I bet just shoddy reporting!

It wasnt violent conduct so wasnt 3 matches. Of Wayne Rooneys is only 2 games Mills should of been 1

I think it was a two match ban because it was his 2nd red card of the season.

Violent conduct is a 3 game ban, professional foul only 1 game, but as it's his 2nd red in the season (rules might be for half the season like the 5 yellows rule, I'm not sure) he's got a 2 game ban.
