He wasn't the answer when he was appointed and he's certainly not the answer now. He also wasn't what the club needed after the Coppell shambles.

I want Millen out of the club totally, and this time around Mssrs Lansdowna and Sexstone don't take a cheap shortcut on an internal appointment FFS. Learn the lesson, it's been a hard and expensive one!!

Let's get someone in with some managerial clout, a track record, and who is a respected figure in the game that can attract players instead of them saying 'Keith who?' Oh and finally, let people apply for the job vacancy, we don't want another Copout situation either with the club approaching people who don't want the job.
 
The players need a good kick up the backside, someone like Billy Davis would be fantastic for that kind of thing, Millen is way to soft with the players and gets steem rolled by them as a result. weak manager, poor tactics and couldnt motivate a bunch of infants in a sweet shop!!

Well i did say on a previous thread, give him fifteen games, i'm afraid i was wrong, thats to many.
When a team, with so many good strikers as us, cannot be organised to score a goal at home, its time for the manager and his sidekick to go, bye bye Keith.

then patterson in temp charge until trolls replacement
then trolls replacement was dave penney
then campbell in temp charge until end of season after penney was correctly sacked.

might happen to your boys this season. millen to go then your number 2 in temp charge until coppell comes back then after 2 games he will walk out and so on :)

Red, as I have said on here before, I heard 2 of Keith's half time team "talks" before he learned to shut the window - trust me, he was not "soft" on the players as the chat consisted mostly of personal threats. I was talking to my mate about this who also heard them yesterday and as a ex para, he was of the opinion that if anyone spoke to him like that, they would be sitting down in a rapid and involuntary fashion....

going by the number of predictions pre game that had us losing by 2 or more goals a draw would have been magic,

WE get peeps stating I think we will lose B&H are "on fire" and when we do they moan, a draw would have been more than they expected KEEF also had the same idea as the peeps on here that said we may lose...he tried to combat that BY GOING DEFENSIVE and got 80 mins before BAD DEFENDING.......

Totally agree, it would be vary harsh to get shot of him before hes had a decent amount of time to proove himself. Alex Ferguson was having a nightmare at Man United the firs season or two and look what happened when the club kept faith <whistle>
 
Hope we don't do what the basement league team did last year when they got relegated, change a manager after every 5 games, I bet some deluded fans want Buckle out.

Anyway Lee Clark will do for me, Billy davis any of those who have actually proven themselves.
