Yeah, but we're playing 4-3-3 without a holding midfielder which is why we're so exposed. I think subconsciously Howe has actually got a squad that suits 4-4-2, which is all he played week in, week out at Bournemout literally until he was sacked. However he probably feels under pressure to play a more fashionable formation.
Yes, but this is why - as we said since ****ing January - we needed to buy a first choice left back and a first choice right winger. Would anyone be complaining if that side had Hernandez/Di Santo and Diaby in it? Instead of Barnes who;s been dropped for ****ing Murphy, or Hall who can't buy a minute (and isn't coming on in this game either).
No way should be playing 4-4-2. I think 4-3-3 suits us due to the types of CM's we have I just think we should consider moving Bruno to RCM and Tonali to CM.
No, I didn't say we should. It's outdated by miles. I only suggested that Howe played that his entire life and if you look at what we have - no 10, no actual DM - it's almost a 4-4-2 squad. I'm staggered by Burn and Murphy still being in the starting XI, for our first game back in Europe.
I think we're OK it's just Hall hasn't yet come in at left back and weve lost two 1st teamers. There's not many of their players that scare me. It's Also hot and we've got key positions covered well from the bench ... we never had that
