    Oh yeah! Sorry I missed your original point I think and we've been debating at crossed purposes. Yes I agree they are basically atheist. Although they do believe in a philosophical and spiritual system of improvement/reward through actions which I don't believe in (Bardo etc). Doesn't matter how well I behave in this life it will not benefit me once I am dead in other words.

    Maybe our youth academy it light on the ground, so are bringing young players in who can develope and grow with the club but also help build up the grass roots. With thte new FA rules coming in maybe that's why were bulking up on youth to save spending in the future!!

    I'm not Ashley's biggest fan, but can see what he is trying to do and is spending money on new players. So he isn't asset stripping as many had suggest or pissing the AC £35 mill away.
    He's also taking a hard ball approach and not giving in easily to player power such as Nolan & Barton, something which is refreshing to see in modern day foot ball. The club in control and not the players.
