It's a blue tshirt with the England badge sewn on.

These man who has "designed" it has mugged the FA off big time.

What did you want? Little plastic wings on it and a pocket on the arm for your mobile?

Yeah I like it! Nice colour...Tottenham blue.

Cahill celebrates another England defeat to Germany.

"I thought we played well today, especially the first half, we controlled the game.

"We just focused on the job we had to do, work hard and produce a performance we had to."

Little wings would be ace actually. One on each shoulder, and also on the boots.

And also on their tampon pads. Help to keep them in place in their jockstraps. Sponsored by Bodyform.

    We played well.

Clinical finishing was the only thing missing and I think Kane will take care of that.

Happy with the performance and some good performances/debuts.

We seemed to play with an actual plan! This was missing under Roy.

The passing was quick and precise, pressing was excellent and we just failed to bury one of our excellent chances.

We seemed confident too which I wasn't expecting.

I am delighted we don't have any huge personalities like Rooney, Terry, Rio, Lampard and Gerrard in the team thinking they're above everything and better than the other players/coach.

I would give Cahill the captaincy. Looks a different player this year and came across as a captain in the most match interview.

Seem like an honest group of lads with some talent and we can work with that and mould a way of playing which suits us - ie. quick counter attacking.

Just hope the media give them a chance.

Good start from Southgate. Pleased he's told it how it is.

I agree with Sharpe...these young Lions need to be backed, instead of arseholes struggling to see past club bias and ridiculing them at anything less than a resounding win, there is a lot of promise in this team.

Yeah, it was nice to see an England side with a game plan and some balls.

They went at the Krauts from the off and with better finishing would have won it. In the end it took an unstoppable effort from Podolski to give Germany the win.

Alli and Lallana were exceptional, I thought. Both full backs did well too, pinning the Germans back by constantly attacking them down the flanks,

You've got to be seriously sad not to cheer on every single England player IMO.

    Love England me.

For me personally, International football has never been my cup of tea.
Nothing to do with how successful England are....it's just never done anything for me.
Club bias has nothing to do with it in my case, you know how Bope likes to be impartial :p
It just pisses me off when PL football is stopped mid season, for a ****ing friendly no less.

    I wouldn't go that far.

Both missed sitters and glaringly obvious opportunities to play Vardy in.

Both worked their arses off as did the rest of the team. I can't moan at England when they put the effort in. Just performances like the Euros last year really piss me off. It should be everybody's dream to play for England, wish they showed it more often.

Individually there are a few players who would get into that German team based on form this year. It'll be the Press that **** it all up as usual but for me Southgate comes across as someone the young squad looks up to having had under 21 success with them. He just needs to stick to doing the obvious things in the correct manner instead of resorting back to the usual MO of an England manager.
