I'm not sure about posting links to pictures elsewhere, but I'd assume they'd cause similar problems. It's a shame to break the tradition, but I'm afraid we've been given strict instructions and there's a zero tolerance policy on nudity now.
from how it was explained before , the google bots would "see" the link to porn and may rank not606 up in the porn rankings , as it gets a lot of traffic it can probably snowball into a ranking that the servers/hosts find unacceptable .
