Be dead handy if Wimbledon, Bury and Sheff Utd all win and help our cause tomorrow night. That would slow Rochdale, Millwall and Oxford down a bit and go some way to make up for the disappointment on Saturday.

It will help for sure. But lets be realistic here. If we cant beat the bottom side then we have no chance of getting into the top 6. Even if we win our last 6 games, I dont think that will be enough :(

According to the WDP Millwall's away record is nearly as bad as ours

All the teams around us will drop points. And I'm sure there will be some weird results on the last day like when we pipped Fulham.

A bit of a log jam is developing, so whoever puts a decent run together now stands a very good chance of getting into the playoffs. And the great thing is, we're right in there too.

Who do you think has the easiest run in?

I think rovers ass's have gone myself, theyr'e already thinking of candy floss and kiss-me-quick hats, forget it now for this year but hopefully with some strengthening over the summer we might be able to make a more reallistic challenge next term.......been a good season though with some good football, can't deny that.

Looking at the table tonight puts it in perspective. 4 points off playoffs, 4 games to go with 12 points to play for and 3 of those against Milwall last game at home. All we need now is Millwall to draw 2 or lose 2 and Southend capitulate and us win 3 we should be ok

Didn't want an easy end to the season anyway.......

A couple of weeks ago, I'd have said you're being over optimistic, but as time goes by, and the way we've finished the last 2 seasons, I'm beginning to think its not such a far fetched prospect now. One game at a time, and a bit of luck with other teams results, and it could just be on! For now, lets just keep believing ...........

Good luck to Wigan and Bury tonight - a Wigan win will put extra pressure on City and a Bury win will probably all but end Rochdale' s push for the playoffs. :emoticon-0136-giggl

Sorry everybody - posted this yesterday cos I had lost the plot and thought it was Thursday when it was only Wednesday! Well now it really is Thursday, these games are underway - Wigan losing 0-1 to Barnsley and Rochdale and Bury currently 0-0.
