Lumley two saves just before we scored we very very important and game changing.

Hugill is being assessed for hamstring...just when I was getting to appreciate him
This is Oteh's chance. Up to him to grab it with both hands. The Board will be delighted if they don't have to get someone in over the summer. Kakay seems to have developed since he was dropped like a hot potato by super Schteeve. You never know. We might yet get Wells back for a 3rd loan stint. After it all went pear shaped for him at Brizzle . Now that we have all but secured our place in the Championship next season, I am quite hopeful that Warburton if he is given a decent amount of money might actually be able to put together a competitive young side next season.

A very sound display today by The Rsss.
Some stylish footie with good passing, route 1 when appropriate and very solid goal keeping too.
Kakay was really very good as were most of the team with nothing calamitous from anyone.

Slight caution is that Boro were beyond poor which really surprised me. Normally they are a big and ugly defensive team that are hard to break down. Other teams will not be quite the same.

Wonderful to see Assombalonga booked for the dive. Honestly can't recall the last time a decision like that went so much in our favour.

Not quite safe but I think we are really. Here's hoping that MW is able to put together a team that will be competing at least for top half if not top 6 next season. Hopefully we'll actually be able to get to watch at HQ too!!

I thought that those saves and his performance in general was fundamental to our performance, and the key reason for our success.

Had a goal gone in through a blunder, then as they say, “Goals change games”.

We were also quite lucky to escape punishment for our sloppy passing at the back at the start of the 2nd half.

We’re safe now. Could get stuffed 6-0 in each of the last five games and we aren’t going down with a nine point gap.

Time to focus on our late assault on the playoffs.

Great result by the lads and a lot of
Positive response from everyone - so all good today. Looking safe now - but would love to see us finish a season with more endeavour now. Time for a celebratory beer!

Working yesterday so couldn't follow the game

Relieved with the win, 3 points and probable lower mid table obscurity again

Where will the goals come from next season once hugill leaves?

If Hugill's hamstring hadn't gone, would he have just kept on running down a blind alley, like he did minutes before, and we wouldn't be talking about that lovely lobbed finish.
