touch wood we could be 4pts ahead of Ipswich before they next kick a ball. massssssssssivvvvvvvvvve week for the football club.
I see Sheff Wed showed how to take care of a poor Blackburn side winning 1-3 at Blackburn, their goalkeeper although looking solid against us apparently had a mare along with the defence, arrrgh makes me mad
right here we go lads and lasses the night is upon us. are we going to bed restless or we going to bed beeming. need a responce tonight as if we don't it will be just about over. Don't care anymore of the opposition if we turn up and play like the old Leeds United we should have enough. we need some balls tonight we need our key players doing the key things and our workhorses to put shifts in. We need to play like we are going up and play like we are a top of the league side simple as. Mon The Whites... MOT.... ALAW Lets get it on!!!!!!
If we score first tonight we have a chance but if we don't score early, even if Boro don't score, we won't win. It sounds obvious but we just need to take an early chance even if It bobbles in off a knee. I'm not confident but still hopeful.
My head is fried about this game. Im dreading it. What I was trying to say is that we won't get a late winner. The longer it goes on the more chance, if its still 0-0, that Boro will nick it.
I have actually had a premonition that there will be a penalty miss tonight. At a guess I'd say 54 mins.
Boro have supposedly a large injury list, if we play like we know we can we should be able to put some pressure on the top two. Glad we’re away, I think home pressure from the fans, the groans and sighs and anxiousness has affected the players
I can tell you what's going to happen. Ball goes to Jimmy, if Firpo overlaps he may pass to him but more likely Jimmy will cut inside looking for that worldy in the top corner again. The defence know this so they shadow him pushing him further away until he either had a snap shot or turns away and passes back. If he passes to Firpo the defence only have Bamford to pick up so he lives on scraps. Not that we are predictable
