I disagree. Out of all of them yesterday, one was punished, and that was the only one we lost the ball in, and both players need to accept they made a mistake. I put,ore blame on Jobe personally as he runs to the ball instead of trying to let it come to him then

Would you rather we hoof it long and lose it in their half, which would happen as we rarely win a long ball from the back, or have the chance to create. Jobe gets that turn right, he’s running at them and attacking past the high press, with a lot of defensive players upfield. Spot a little more experience and he probably steps across in front of the press and gets a foul.

Oh 100% mate we were the better team by far. I think they had a great start but 3-2 flattered them. Signs of progress are monumental, Boro have been a fairly decent championship team for years always in and around top 6 and we have leapfrogged them with players who are only getting better.

Doak picking up an injury for them would’ve been a massive loss though and Conway up top not being ready to start with Iheanacho only joining yesterday. I don’t rate Whittaker at all and even though he played alright that Burgzorg is a bit ****e anarl and Forss is hopeless. Felt like they had a load of left wingers across the front and their game plan was to try and force errors from our defenders instead of getting the ball and playing like we did. Think it would’ve been a tougher game if they had better options up top. Doesn’t explain their absolutely shocking defending mind :emoticon-0102-bigsm

We have one smoggy at work, he is a canny lad and through gritted teeth he reckons we deserved it and are "probably" the best team they have faced this season.
He reckons Carrick has to win the play offs or he will be gone in the summer, didnt have the heart to tell him they are 7th ......

Just watched that and the connection between the fans and the players is something special just now. I have been going to games since 1968 and I can’t remember a bound as close as this squad has with the fans. If you are young just remember it’s not always like this, if like me your a pensioner the last fifty years never happened.

A great result last night, right up there with our blistering start to the season, only now it is less of a surprise, I'll say it quietly but the highlights for me apart from the obvious was that Roberts had his best game for us for a long time , and it looks like Watson is here till the end of the season, I am starting to think we could just make the automatics if things go our way, and that no one will want to face us in the play-offs . Excellent win. Thought boro looked every bit an average championship team who up their game against the better teams/ or occasions like a derby. They started well but after half an hour but we were in control for the rest.

It’s just all a bit ****e to be honest mate.

there’s lots of passive aggressiveness and things thrown around no matter the circumstances for no reason.

we’ve just taken 6 points off boro I don’t expect a negative comment anywhere

opinions are fine some deliver those opinions in poor ways and we’re arguing for no reason
