League wise, yes. As a club, I really don't. We don't appear to be seeking much needed reinforcements, our managerial position is a joke, not going to start on KM. They might be forgiven if they were horribly poor. He's worth circa £500million though.
He must be a very arrogant man to think that he can successfully run our club from his office in Belgium, bearing in mind his limited knowledge of football in general, and English football in particular, and a CEO with a legal background. With that sort of arrogance he'll find it very hard to admit to being wrong. It's his policies which have led to us having a substandard squad of players, and if he persists with them it's going to be downhill all the way.
Mr Fraeye has pointed out in his post match interview that he is 37 managed teams for 19 years including u 11s and under 15s so there you go ...he knows what he's doin
Okay, just a couple of thoughts. I missed this, but it appears post match that Karel said the squad is big enough because if we have 13 or 30 in the squad, we can only play eleven. Well, thank god he came from Belgium to solve that. My sympathies are slight. RD built this disaster of a squad, but Karel was responsible for scouting by all accounts so it seems fair that he should enjoy the pleasure of managing them. But not for long. We need a real manager sharpish.
No mate not really, i was flicking back to it but watching the Arsenal match mainly and watching our game tick over. It is depressing, complete ineptitude and doing nothing but let our club fall apart. Surely some justice will come and swoop RD away.
