I remember sitting in a kick off meeting with an old boss on a project with a particularly agressive timeline.
He stood up in front of 50 or 60 of us and said 'I'm all in favour of the carrot and the stick, unfortunately, we dont have time for the carrot.' He offered everyone the oportunity to leave with no hard feelings. Most of us remained while smiling.
Hoping Mick has a similar opening line up his sleeve.
