Hiya Mate I've heard that rumour as well and as Scotland has dropped down the pecking order at Portman Road I wouldn't be surprised. Scotland is a decent Striker and will get you goals. He works hard and has got a brilliant attitude. Good luck with the promotion push and if you get Scotland he will do very well for you.
We all like Big Jason Scotland here, but for whatever reason he hasn't had a run of late and it seems he is slipping further and further down the pecking order (rightly or wrongly) I still think he could do a job at this level so if you were to sign him you'd be getting a very good (if not quick or youthful) player but if I'm honest it's the first I've heard regarding the Gills, although we've heard Preston have been interested before...
Have to say I like Scotland but doesn't seem to fit into MM plans. He's a very good player, good at sheilding the ball and holding it up and can finish too. I think the problem with Scotland is he's not got the pace to be the little man in the big man little man combo upfront and hasn't got the height to be the big man, despite him being good at holding up the ball and bringing others into play!! Not a lone striker any more either he's not dynamic enough. I certainly think we've got players ahead of him in the pecking order who have far less quality!!
This Nouble bloke to me sounds like the polar opposite of JET, perhaps we can somehow combine them to create one player!!
