Why would he go to Qatar though?

In all seriousness though, with the squad we're assembling now, Michu will have a fight to prove he's worthy of a place on the bench.

He's outgoing though , 4 million would be still a profit and some great memories from the petulant spanner .Incoming![]()
I was being serious just wondering why there of all places? Its not like Laudrup is there to sign himIncoming

A michu on form is a player we should be happy about. A moody michu someone else can have....
Thinking realistically, I wouldn't have him back in his current state. I see him as a very emotional figure and he seems extremely headstrong. That characteristic can be as useful as it is destructive. It seems like he's decided he doesn't want to come back and it's going to take something special to change his mind.
If we did change his mind and could get him fit again, I'd have him back in a heartbeat. But a low on confidence Michu just returning from 20 months of injuries with only a year left on his contract? I can see why we'd look to get some money for him now, as if he spends another season in the injury room or spends the season out of form, we'll get nothing. The better business is to get rid, but my heart would probably still give him a chance if he decided to try it out with us next season.
The thing is we don't have a choice other than take him back if he don't have a club to go too......What ever happens we are committed to him for another season and he is entitled to claim his £40k/week regardless. We created the problem and Michu is sitting pretty. He is in a win win situation for a season at the very least.
This is what I don't understand. If he is refusing to come back then why can't we just cancel his contract and save ourselves 2 Million in wages. If anyone in any other profession refused to go to work, there is no way on earth that our companies would be duty bound to pay wages. Why can't we just tell him to **** off and cancel his contract. If he was to refuse to come back, suggestions are that he's ignoring communications with the club, he'd be in breach of contract?

Its bullshit that he is refusing to come back.....Why would anyone refuse a wage of £40k a week. He don't have a choice like we dont have a choice to look after his interest for another season....Hopefully he or us will find him a club that are willing to pay his wages or like it or not the problem is the clubs....as for refusing then he cant do that as he is bound by a contract. If he is willing to cancel his contract then that would be ideal but would you give up £160,000 every month.....I wouldn't and any sane person wouldn't either....
