    And that's the difference between a truly great player like Ronaldo and a gppd player like Owen.

    Ronaldo had much worse injuries in his career and still went on and did incredible things even though he knew his body was failing him - he still wanted to play.

    Owen on the other hand, seemed to just accept defeat and rather than fight, so he made the best of what he could financially and take a bench seat as he becomes an after thought of many people
