Excellent news. We really missed his link up play with Elmo against Leicester.

Just a thought, I wonder if SB has struck a deal with MON for MEYLER permanent, and this is part of the deal that he stays as opposed to being recalled until Jan ???? seems strange that MON has done a turnabout so quickly.

Great boost for us if Meyler is involved tomorrow.

presumably he's still on the 24 hour recall clause after his one month loan stint till jan 1st when we can sign him again in the window on a season long loan.. MON happier to loan him now they've beaten the likes of Man City and sit on a healthier 22 points?

    Has this been confirmed?

It's no secret that MON wants to bring in fresh faces and also that he has to raise the dosh to do it; so this has all the hallmarks of a pre-signed deal. There is no way that his injury problems have reduced that much, so not to recall him has to have a greater priority. Whatever the case, short-term it is great news for us.

I'd settle for both to be fair, but I like Meyler. We'd have most likely beaten Lesster with him in the team.

Couldn't agree more. Needed some power in midfield... other than my hero, Big Abdou Faye
