He could start by bringing them off for the youngsters to see what they are made of!

Predictably somewhat knackered and picked off by a resurgent Everton team, who will now sadly stay up.

Just to be clear the next 2 months Newcastle are going to implode...they're completely burned out.

I was saying it about pretty much all the signings and I got Livramento completely wrong. He's class.

But I have no idea where the **** Barnes is going to play. Gordon was getting called out today, but still was our best attacking player by 6 miles. Isak was ****ing useless, so where the **** is Barnes going?

Then we have Hall who I doubt is any better than the youngsters we have homegrown at Newcastle, Hall cost 30 MILLION POUNDS. It doesn't matter if he turns out OK or not, it's 30m man.

Tonali was like 70 million euros. He's been useless, not really needed whatsoever and now banned.

All the while, Almiron, Wilson, Trippier and Lascelles are still at the club and Schar is older than my Nan with knees like my dead grandfather.

Transfer policy is scattershot to say the least.

I can sense you're not taking the defeat well, but no need to take it out on me folders mate.

I have faith, Tonali will probably come back strong and Hall may come good. Considering the ****e Man U and Chelsea have spent a fortune on, we're doing well.

It wasn't so long ago that we were signing the likes of Emmanuel Riviere, Florian Thauvin and Acraf Lazaar.

Think we should prioritise the cups/Europe this season now, the league is what it is, we'll just have to take 8th place or whatever, we just can't compete on all fronts with these injuries.

Rest Trippier for Hall on Sunday for example, play that Parkinson kid upfront for Isak, we just have to, and do the same v Fulham before the league cup game.

I think the transfer policy was to provide depth and I think it's the style of play that's the problem.

If you've got 2 players in most positions this injury situation shouldn't be happening... Howe rarely makes changes and subs are seldom made early.

He chucks the kitchen sink at it every 3 days and other clubs rotate.

We need to win a trophy sooner rather than later.

Howe will chuck the same out mate .. I like him he's done a great job but he's new to this and I think his philosophy is flawed at higher end.. the coming months will clear this up.

I think Simon Jordon as Roland said is right as Roland alluded to earlier.

I'm quite young and I'd be happy if we win one before I die.

At the rate we are going, it's not going to happen. Absolutely bottled the last one against what is obviously a bang average Man Utd.

I genuinely don't trust us to beat the Mackems in the FA Cup, in fact, I believe they are 100% going to win.

Looks like we've gone after everything and will end up with nothing.. seriously they're in trouble with this injury and fitness situation.

I think we would all accept a mid table finish now, as long as we go all out for the cups, and hopefully turn up in the final for once.

The injuries are forcing our hand, is what it is, we aren't getting top 4.

We could just sign players in Jan and stop farting about pretending we care about FFP.

    It’s a concern today’s performance.

It makes me think we are now in survival mode because we cannot rotate players. We have no options because of injuries.

Howe needs to take this one on the chin. Credit due when it’s worth. He’s done a fantastic job.

But **** me we are in for a **** storm of a month.

West Ham Brighton will overtake Newcastle over the next week or two.

It's going to be a rough period but nothing I didn't expect... last season everything just went for us... injuries were at a minimum for example.

This really is going to take 10 years to compete.

I dunno why but when we lose that badly I just want to give our worst performing player a smack.

Can't decide between Trippier or Almiron

Probably Almiron, he smiles too much.
