Judging from your picture EMSC, it seems we are both correct. It is a bit of a knife on its side and yes, it does look very beautiful (compared to most others this year) - at least, it does from that angle!
http://www.planet-f1.com/news/3213/7524521/-Daimler-Keen-To-Re-Sign-Iconic-Schumi- Daimler wants to re-sign Schumi for "only $7 million"!
Only 7 million? they say that like its loose change. Mercedes seems very keen on building a strong team for the future, it wont be long until they're winning races. I still don't understand what happened between 09 and now, the regulations didn't change much.
A very brief glimpse.
Well, perhaps this depends upon how one balances the books? Ninja's link is to PlanetF1.com; just about the least credible English F1 publication I can think of - which doesn't add much to the claim. (Like a fish confused between prey and bait, they can't even spell 'lured'…. PlanetF1 aside (for a very brief moment!): Is the $7million a reference to the net out-of-pocket cost of Schumacher to Mercedes? Or is it before taking account of the huge amount of cash he generates for the team? Right: very brief moment over! Since they make no reference to the above and often have difficulty explaining their own words, one is left to conclude from the following choice: 1* PlanetF1 do not care to investigate; 2* PlanetF1 do not know how to investigate; 3* PlanetF1 have not even considered this most basic question - which I believe is most likely; 4* PlanetF1 considers its readership to be so ignorant that they think they couldn't care less. However, this requires authorship to be less ignorant than its perceived readership, so is slightly less likely than point 3 (above). 5* PlanetF1 deliberately avoided asking the question because they thought the answer might be too difficult for themselves to understand, or too complicated to explain…
I disagree. Crash.net is worse. And not just when it comes to F1 "journalism" (if it can be so called) but even the majority of people who comment on it haven't got a clue. You shoud read some of the paranoid idiots in the MotoGP section
I confess I've not investigated. It sounds awful but the word "crash" is anathema to me in any case…
Looks a pretty jagged one as well; oh the joy. EDIT: Just waiting for someone to rock up and say "actually, from my calculations that's the shallowest nose so far. BEGONE N00B!"
Damn, they ruined it. The W02 was a really nice car, this looks like the contents of my stomach after a night out.
