To be fair, whilst I know that the Silver Arrows is the proper nickname, I'll still occasionally refer to mercedes as "the merc" or "the mercs" in the middle of a sentence, because it's shorter. Ie, "Hamilton is going to struggle to score as many points as last season as the merc won't be as good as the Mclaren was"
See you in the next mafia game....
Mercedes are an almighty outfit, they make things happen, they are German after all, whether we like it or not, Lewis Hamilton has probably made the most important decision of his career, he now has to prove his worth, if Mercedes fail it wont be because Hamilton can't drive. He has already proved he can drive the ass of any car.
It would be seriously funny if Rosberg now beats Hamilton. I don't think anyone would expect it to happen.
Said the same when Schumacher went up against him. To be really honest I reckon it will be tight, tighter than people would like to admit.
1) What in the past three years has shown they can make things happen. 2) And what. 3) Okay, so he has to prove that he can start winning immediately at Mercedes? 4) But you have just said in point 3 that he has to prove his worth, so what are you saying, it would be Hamilton's fault because he didn't "prove his worth" or Mercedes' fault for team issues? 5) Why are we even talking about him failing if we haven't even seem him race. We should expect a scratchy start as he has moved new teams after a long time at Mclaren. We haven't even reached the point where we should start judging who's fault it will be. Hamilton will not be perfect, and I doubt Mercedes will have the credentials needed until 2014. I am 50/50 on this, Rosberg will know Mercedes like the back of his hand, but then again Hamilton has raw pace and the team will be developed around him. So and so really.
I just want the WDC+WCC for Mercedes, I don't give a damn who wins it out of (Rosberg and Lewis), just bloody sort it out and get it or I'll get Lauda on you... 1955 is too long of a wait!
