Didn't he claim he'd signed professional forms with some Blue Square Premier side, only to reveal that he'd broken his leg and been released? Then it turned out it wasn't true after all, and that, apparently, his brother had hacked his account and made all that up!

    What a nutter!

Thanks to whoever started this thread, by the way; some good memories. :)

I must admit I used to love reading all the banter posts between you guys and the Colchester mob! Mikey Boy, Monarch and Paulo to name but a few. There was some top stuff on the old 606

I would love to know where Weaver went

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/U8919577

I started looking at 606 around the time we got our arses kicked by Colchester, It was a pretty dark time and I was interested to see what other fans were thinking. Weavers posts made me want to contribute, he knew his **** and he was sarcastic. I modeled myself on him I think (well, I'm sarcastic at least)

Weaver is a buddy of mine on Facebook from back in the 606 days, I'll see if he fancies making a comeback as I know he'd definitely be welcome - especially his pre-match war-cries! <ok>

'The Leeds Effect' got to hand it to you Beef that was brilliant. Just noticed that our friend simon from the Leeds board on here posted on that thread.

The Leeds effect Shielded Swansea and us and we both used that stealthy ability to kick on. It was beautiful to watch a theory come to fruition.

This may have been mentioned nearer the time, but did anyone else see that Paul Lambert, when moving to Villa, insisted on removing several of the club's scouts? One of those scouts was Glenn Roeder.

Lambo's last great act on behalf of us. :D

Why Thai, are you implying I am not a popular member on here?

Exactly who would I be doing a favour?

You seem to know something I don't.

Unbelievable Anfield had an annoying habit (deliberate, quite clearly, but I was fairly new to chatroom forums at the time) of saying Norwich, my favourite team in Suffolk <grr>

And presumably 1p5wich were his fave team from Norfolk. Used to wind me up a treat <ok>

Hardly seems worth the effort to tell you how ****e you are when you already know!
Mind you, it has taken a few years to finally accept that they are total ****e. Did ya/would ya listen to us? Nah, you knew better <laugh>

I have no idea about your popularity on here or anywhere else.

Judging by your previous post, putting the site down in just about every conceivable way, without question you would be doing yourself a favour if you think the site really is that bad. I cannot speak for others but from what I have read on here I am sure some others would not care less if you never returned with all your negativity. That is the sad part of your posts, I have never seen you post anything positive but perhaps you are the type of person who is only happen when you are moaning.

Nope, but perhaps notice the reactions to other people on here. If there are any people who disagree with just about everything you say, I notice it but do not fear, there are others here than never see eye to eye either with certain posters (or very rarely)
