This accurately describes both men I feel. Tobes had ****ed up political views, and was one of those ultra liberal old ****s who would lead the country into a 1984 style hell hole, but he was good fun at times and I got on with him for the most part Astro was a total ****ing muppet. His obsession with arbitrary stats and yellow cards was baffling to me, so much that it often seemed like he was watching a different sport to the rest of us, which I dubbed Astroball. And that before we even get to his raison d'etre........Net Spend. Like arguing that Liverpool finishing 5th was a better achievement than Man Utd winning the league because Utd had a 70 million net spend compared to Liverpools minus ten million. Guy was obsessed with monetary figures so much you'd have thought he was an accountant.
