    There was a Sunderland fan from South Shields who actually went over to the Middle East and joined the PLO and fought as a "soldier" with them. Think his name was Ian Davidson iirc

    Chants need updating as the times change, 2023 version of the classic "Who's the ****er in the black" is now "Who's the ****ers in Stockley Park".
