It is a matter of not taking arguments to heart (not that Dave has) but some do. If you have an argument with someone then it's no big deal. I don't think there is a problem but I could be wrong.
Too easy to perceive what others are doing and why. All too often stuff outside of Not606 is behind "Taking things too seriously" You can only speak for yourselves. Maybe this is one of the things we need to change?
Personally I think the biggest problem is posters from other boards. I know its been pissing off some members of this board, and even mods to some extent. We've been lenient despite what you think, and we let certain things slide that a lot of other boards wouldn't. Perhaps its time to stop that.
People will bitch and moan about anything Ze Mods austerity and clouds<Me But lets not get to telling people they should do this or that cos we perceive they are too serious. If no rules are being broken then people should shut up imo
I like that other board members come on here and wouldn't like that to be discouraged it's only when people go too far that they should be asked to stop.
I like it when people come here to have some friendly banter but too often posters come here to WUM and try to pass it off as banter.
What exactly are you going to try and stop though Ze ? Will we no longer be allowed to disagree with Liverpool fans on 'your' board ? The reason why not606 is so good is due to it being more open to opposition fans unlike Red Cafe or Rawk. I'm not sure where you are trying to go with this to be honest but the blaming other teams fans is getting boring. Your fans give enough but as soon as anyone dare give them some back they moan but how this is 'their' board ( obviously not all LFC fans ).
Intentionally trying to annoy people, even with well thought out points is aggravation nonetheless. I think we know of a few visiting posters who do this on a consistent basis.
I agree, that is why not606 is preferred over the other forums. I'm not pointing fingers at you, or posters that come on here to have genuine banter. However, there are certain posters that come to the board only to cause trouble or argue with posters/derail threads and then when someone complains they just say they were having some "banter." Disagree all you like, but do so in a way that doesn't insult everyone. To demonstrate this, I've posted "You're all ****s" on your board, so you know how pointless it is to do the same on this board. This kind of thing is pathetic. I can only guess that you never did a degree and are bitter about it .

I ain't saying you're a badun Eric and I hope you see what I mean. I am no angel either FYI often a quiet word puts a stop to stuff if the offender is level headed and not looking to be a ****. No one wants to stop good contributors, just the one's who think they are hilarious thread de-railers and wum merchants
I agree. By and large, they're OK. dave is particularly passionate about LFC. I hope it's not his recent health issues that have intervened.
Question? Do we want our board to be like the Manchester United board, dominated by a very small number few people with very little if any decent football debate.
The problem with this board is that it's over moderated. The ratio of posters to mods is ridiclous & having been a mod myself in the past, I know how it can affect what you feel that you should post. When you've got the ratio you've got here, then that leads to 'sterile' threads, that are overly 'pc'. Plus, some people seem to lose sight that this is a multi club internet football forum, not some 1 club, circle jerk like rawk.
