I`m trying to think of any young players he has developed and introduced. He just fills his squads with a load of old pros on megabucks. Ar$ehole.

Well he of course takes credit for Lampard and Ferdinand and Carrick (even though he has nowt to do with actual coaching) and of course in recent times he has brought through Townsend, Carroll.................by taking them on loan from the club where when he was manager didn't play them.

Its not just him though. You hear most managers in the division saying there is nothing they can do now until January.

It seems that no one has even considered the idea of actually coaching and trying to improve the players they have. They constantly talk about good transfer windows not good training sessions.

It really baffles me.

It is not a coincidence that Harry is usually a big feature on transfer deadline day. He solves everything by buying new players and with FFP, that will cause financial problems for his clubs. Yet he stomped off recently when one interviewer made a joking reference to his transfer day antics.
