Busty, the times was indeed slow. They dawdled up the straight the first time, and didn't really made it a staying race. As a result they came home the final 600 in 34.4, making it impossible for those out the back.

He must have needed a break after all his excitement this year.

Moore who was beaten anyway was the meat in the sandwich and snatched Snow Sky right up.

Strange race as it was little more than a canter until 4f out. A horse just had to have speed and be able to lay close to win that. Well done to the winner.

He was on the best horse in the race but didn't get him in the right position turning in, shoulda been a lot on here celebrating this morning.
Very sad to see Red CADEAUX go wrong like that and can only hope he hasn't paid the ultimate price.

Yep Busty, one of the problem with these rich races is that if the pace up front is awful, a lot of the time, other riders are too scared to take the initiative, and we end up with races like what we had today. No balls, no glory.

Great story for winning connections- ironically my selection beat that last time out I believe!

    Well done them- 100/1!!!

As said above- I do hope dear old Red Cadeaux is okay after his injury and that he gets a bloody nice retirement.
