3g pitch

Can only remember 1 home game getting called off in 3 years and that was because of snow and ice around the outside of the stadium

Creeping up Filey, creeping up.

We sure are but the trouble is some teams have a load of games in hand.

I doubt if we will get to the play offs but maybe.....just maybe we might

But you know me getting to the games is far more important then the score

Hope everyone is keeping well on here

Had my yearly CT scan and everything came back fine

But then I am always fine what ever comes along .

Its really unbelievable but I'm glad I got C in 2008 because despite everything these last almost 12 years have been my BEST ever.

I can't lose

I met my perfect female partner
Got my fab dog
And have the best friends in the world including everyone on here.

Got great nurses
A great GP
And my Mac nurse is my best mate even if he supports Colne FC and Burnley

The NHS have been brilliant with me and I still get my immune system in a 4 hour drip once a month

So I am always fine thanks to so many people

Average attendances

FC United of Manchester have boosted some of the higher gates as they take 500+ to away games

We play them at home in April

There was a load of bovver at Whitby v fcum last week

Its like going back to the 70s at times in non league footy

Beat by bottom of the league Stafford Rangers who had only won 2 games all season

Just when we seemed to be picking up

A good win today after Ashton took the lead after about 10 mins....
Scarborough got a penalty after 20 mins and scored to make it 1-1 , no more goals in the first half.

In the second half Scarborough played the best with them having to wind behind them and scored twice to win 3-1

900 at the game ...Some supporters don't like coming out in the wind for some reason.

Scarborough up to 9th place . 6 points off the play offs BUT having played more games then most of the teams in this league..

A good win away for Scarborough today and well deserved by the sound of it

Scarborough really need to stop missing so many chances and will need a new strike force next season

Walshaw and Coulson usually score loads of goals or have done the last couple of seasons but are starting to miss far to many .

Age catching up with then maybe

All Scarborough games are on Yorkshire coast radio extra on line

Also they broadcast all Bridlington games

Huge cup game on Tuesday night

Scarborough Athletic v Redcar

North Yorkshire cup 1/4 final

Think Redcar are about 4 leagues below Scarborough.

Hoping we beat them and get York City in the semi finals .York seem to be hated by Scarborough supporters

Tiss blowing a gale in Filey tonight .

It was cold and I didn't want to give anyone my ****ty chest infection.

:)

The only other person I have seen in Scarborough with a scarf over his face was Jimmy Saville. It was in the sixties we had gone for a lads Sunday out at Scarborough on the train and was walking along the seafront and saw him on a Scooter which was done up like a Christmas tree. Obviously, unlike you it wasn't to keep the cold out but to try a disguise himself.

Little did we know then what a twat he would turn out to be.
