Not sure if you've seen him play, Filey, but Junior Mondal, who was apparently Whitby's star striker, has just joined Forest Green Rovers on a professional deal. Good enough?

We have a better chance of winning with him gone . Been getting lots of rave reviews from plenty of fans in our league.

Colne a league lower then us have a player called Alex Curran midfield goalscorer

Surprised no near by lower league club has gone for him .

Whitby Town are not Happy .

Scarborough fans been given the Home stand at Whitby

Around 700 going from Scarborough tomorrow

She is to pampered now Mrs Blue Mountain Bear

She refuses to go out in the rain and won't even walk on wet grass

She curled up IN my bed as i type this

:-)

I think we've got Lia's brother Filey! Sooty came across 3 years ago now and is definitely pampered. And his favourite walk is from Filey / Primrose Valley to Hunmanby Gap. He gets to chase all the big dogs :emoticon-0102-bigsm Have a good day at Whitby and all the best for the new year. Will look out for you at FLS

Lets hope its not like when Fish (and the coppers) gave the Sth stand to Bradford <doh>

Fish didn't give the South Stand to Bradford. He was told by the police if City didn't agree they would refuse to police the match. That would have resulted in the game being cancelled with dire repercussions. The ****wit cooper in charge wanted to extend it for all games, parking the buses up the road and marching away fans directly to the ground. Only when more sensible police voices say that it would lookmsomewhat ridiculous if City were doing well and the rest of the ground was full whilst a coachful from Torquay, Exeter or somewhere similar rattled about on the empty South Stand terracing.
Hull police have always been clueless regarding policing football. Thinking any sign of passion or exuberance is dangerous and undesirable, though wonderful at rugby, and every game should be treated as though it would be a cause of civil unrest and every fan akin to a terrorist. Over-reaction, creating mountains out of molehills and having no sense of proportion is their modus operandi.

Whitby Town 2 Scarborough Athletic 0

Att 1,328. (Around 400 Whitby fans)

never been so cold on my life at a footy game .

No passion
No fight
No Battle
No Victory

Yes The ref was terrible BUT so was Scarborough...Think our manager is doing a reverse Nigel .
Gone from a great fighting side to a piss poor one

Still, I will be there next Saturday when we play Hednesford at home

What a fab result for HULL CITY today

Hull city the play off suprise team maybe ?
Trouble is the ALLAMS won't leave if that's the case

Right im off to bed to sulk

The high-ranking Police officer who made the decision about housing the Bradford fans in Bunkers was employed by City soon after as our Head of Security! It was Brian Calam. Hasn't he been in the news recently?

Yes indeed. Though some on here got upset when it was mentioned.
