Ok I just had to post this because I’m very happy!
I’ve been signed off to fly and to return to work - but work have told me not to return until after my holiday - off to Malaga on Thursday and can’t wait!
Scars are still uncomfortable and spotting with blood occasionally, but I’m generally up and ready to resume normality again!
Heart rate is high though - JGF did you have this following your surgery? Mine normally was about 60bpm before my Illness but is now around 90. Maybe it’s because I’m not exercising like I used to; 2 games of 5-a-side and 2 gym sessions per week, plus a daily walk with the dog - I’m now doing just the dog walk.
I’ll be back at the Gate as soon as I can after I return from Spain - crossing into Gibraltar should be fun on 1st November for the flight home - depending on what happens with you-know-what ;)

I just wanted to share this with you because I’m happy and I’ve had a few beers!!

Good on you mate, enjoy your new health rewards, sod them all, have a great time and I'm am honestly just having a malt to celebrate a bit of good news, keep rockin buddy.. <party>
