Spot on. If he wants regular first team football starting games then he needs to follow the lead of players like Matty Fryatt and move on and probably down a division. If he's not prepared to take a pay cut then that says a lot.

That still doesn't tell us what caused all this.

the start was when Mcshane got the huff around the Newcastle away game and travelled back to Hull instead of being with the rest of the squad...also just generally having the huff because certain players get picked in front of him...

Also its not just training with the U21's Mcshane as actually being banned from the going to the first teams training ground....also banned from the players dressing rooms n dugout area on match days !

From what I saw today Maguire is a better alternative to Mcshane, the one highlight of a ****ing awful cold day

Bruce proved today what an utter **** he is - it was a must win game, first of all he picks Junior, who was ****ing useless again - then rather than pick McShane who was MotM against Burnley he picks a premier league debut for McGuire instead, - Brucie picks his own personal spat with McShane ahead of picking the best team - moreover Brady on the bench all game and Meyler playing another aimless performance

Picking Maguire ahead of Mcshane did not change the outcome in the slightly way, and i was quite glad he did that 10 minute cameo would of helped Maguire far more than it would of done McShane. I also think Macca is hardly a huge improvement on Bruce and neither of them are PL standard, and i doubt Macca would of won us that game, i think he would of probably had a very similar game to Bruce.

You seem to forget some of the barnstorming games that brought McShane being MotM week after week only a couple of seasons ago - he's being frozen out - Bruce is destroying the dressing room - even Ince was sent out on loan for comments he made - if Bruce doesn't get booted out soon we'll end up losing Robertson and Davies in January - don't underestimate what a total mess Bruce has made to morale

I am not disagreeing with any of that, i have seen no evidence about the Ince thing but i am sure there is some. Macca is not premier league class, he has not for me been a stand out player in the Premier League and is no way good enough to play week in and week out in the PL. If he feels he should be, he should move. My point was that Macca would have had such a little impact on that game coming on for Davies so why not give a youngster ago? Personally i think it was great to see Maguire a huge plus for me as it shows he is trying to integrate him into the side.

I have no idea about morale, and i doubt many of us really do, without been part of that squad i don't know how we can gauge morale? Clearly Macca is unhappy and that is fair enough he is entitled to his position but that doesn't mean we have got poor morale.

I doubt Davies will go anywhere he has had a poor 6 months so he won't have a chance i don't think and Robertson isn't ready not many other clubs play with wing backs and his defending needs to improve hugely in a back four.

    I'm sure he has.

In fact, I'd say it was pretty evident about a month or so ago.

We need a new manager before January 1st and Ben Arfa's loan gets cancelled. Bruce can't get sacked soon enough, it's already far later than it should have been.

That's an easy comment to make. It's pretty cliche in fact.

On one of their attacks he was completely out of position, otherwise agree with you spot on.

We were taking risks in throwing men forward. If it was the incident when another misplaced pass went straight to a Swansea player. He looks like he'll be a good player, won his aerial challenges, carried the ball out of defence, good passes and some timely challenges. Looks very useful.

While I agree mcshane is not prem quality, he's better than bruce!! He's also better than Maguire at present. On a side note am I the only one who thinks having ben arfa against the *weaker* teams would be ****ing ideal?!?!?!? He would be the one player we have who can make something from nothing ffs. Bruce really needs to go, it's sad as I like him but yeah..... just not good enough!!

Oh sure, having a player on the pitch who basically can't be arsed and already thinks he's Messi, and who would do absolutely **** all is way better than having someone trying to prove a point or learn their craft.
