    Always had the potential to be so much more but unfortunately it never worked out.

    Can't knock his attitude and commitment though. He always tried his best, and fans will always respect that.

    Hope he does well at Bradford.

    I hope they aren't expecting him to fill Nakhi Wells's boots though... <whistle>

    I know it should be a given that players give 100% but as we all know, they don't.

    McLean does. Shouldn't be praiseworthy but it is.

    Think Big Nige really wanted Mackail-Smith, and thought he has a better chance if bought the pair of em.

    Poor eye-to-foot-to ball co-ordination meant it was forever bobbling about at his feet and it was rarely a clean touch.
    A reminder of the days when AA thought buying players was an expensive waste of time.
