I would like us to seriously challenge this season coming.

To do that we need to equip with the talent to do this. If we continue to change the squad around early season then we will be in the same position at the end of 2011/2012.

Bullard - If he is with us I think some pretty strong bridge building will need to be done to make him feel like playing for us.

Forget the debate about money and he should be motivated just based on that - reality is although the numbers are significantly bigger would you feel motivated in coming to work if you knew you were not valued? Don't get me wrong though it is a 2 sided thing - he needs to show commitment to the club & fans in how he conducts himself and the level of perfromance he puts in on the pitch.

I think if he's at the KC next season he plays and we use whatever we buy in the summer to best effect around him. We still sorely need an Ashbee and I really hope McKenna comes to us next week.

I think we desperately need to move on Oli, Kilbane, McShane & Ghilas as they have no future in our structure and we need that cash in the bank.

I think we are heavy on midfielders and the goalkeeping situation I would prefer to see sorted out soonest - we do not need to get into training & pre-season without that critical position filled - and that means 2 aquisitions as we cannot rely on Mark Oxley being our lynchpin position.

Lets get on with the season - the future's so bright I'm gonna wear shades (at the KC!)

My manager has no time for me and I don't feel motivated to do much work - hence I spend all day on message boards and Facebook, and just do the minimum required to be paid.

Of course, under my previous manager, who respected and valued me, and vice versa, I worked my back-side off.

So I can kind of understand why Jimmy may not feel like playing.

If we cannot move him on, then I would like him to be given a chance to prove himself, but not build a team around him. I do recall he scored one winning goal this season, was it against Sheffield United?

He may be taking the piss, so am I, but he still has potential.

I don't think she likes football.

I referred to her as 'The Internet Gestapo' once on my blog and she later informed me that she read it.

8 months later I still work here, though she did try to get HR to sack me, but they didn't reply to her e-mails and she has forgotten about it.

Bullard's problem isn't just his injury record, it's his total lack of bottle. It was obvious when he did get a chance in the autumn that he won't tackle and he won't risk getting hurt. He's a passenger. Even some of the Ipswich fans on their website commented on it.

We're already asking other players to go out and give us everything for 10% of Bullard's wage. Now you want the poor bastards to carry him on the field as well? That'll do wonders for team spirit.

Agree with OLM though, the subject is boring. He's obviously got ability but he cannot play for us. The sooner he sods off, the better.

I just read that You guys pay Jimmy Bullard £45,000 a week and he still has 2 years to run on his deal. Thats another £4.5m you "owe" him, can you realistically see anyone buying him with his injury record?

Hull need to make the best of a bad situation and play him when he is fit, even if you loan him to someone you will end up paying him two reasonable players wages, with the other team paying at least half.

You really do have my sympothy, but who ever signed him on that money for that long want a kick in the crotch. You cant blame Jim, if he is not working hard enough thats his problem, but his agent earned his money on that deal.
