You're wasting your typing fingers mate. No chance under this regime. Bollocks I sound like MadDog. (nee offence MD)
You mean like how he kept Grayson in a job? Then kept Coleman in a job and then did a superb job keeping Ross in a job? Actually thinking about it we should get him in asap to help Parkinson keep a job with that record
Theres a lot to what you say mate, but under this moron we probably wont see either, as long as Wyke can walk out onto the pitch he is guaranteed the full 90 minutes ably assisted by other suitably slow ****ers so loved by blind phil. I never study stats but I do wonder what our strikers bring to the table. For instance for most of the season we have started Maguire Wyke and Gooch up front for league games and for most if not all of these we have huffed and puffed to half time doing nothing more than lift the spirits of the opposition, leaving us biting our nails till the final whistle, this is near enough has been the the repeat pattern, yet nothing changes. Both suggestions put forward here would be an improvement imo and I would love to see either one, or even both tried, but I doubt either will until Parky is shown the door, I just hope its soon and not too late to save the season.
If he's on the pitch, he's taking minutes a youngster could be playing and he isn't good enough to warrant that imo. Imagine being Jack Diamond, being told you're part of the first team picture then seeing McGeady get on the pitch in front of you. I think that's a pretty poor message to send to the under-23's and I really don't want to see us blocking off their pathway for first team opportunities with 34 year olds that will be leaving at the end of the season. Nowt against McGeady personally and I know he's got good technical ability but if we want to develop young players like Diamond, playing the likes of McGeady in front of him is not going to help with that.
Apparently there was some great attacking football this afternoon. Maybe parky and the first team could take note.
i agree with everything you said there, not criticising but what i'm on about is we have a manager that will not play the young ones, i would love to see them start , the only way they will gain experience and confidence is playing time, i'm sick of us losing talented youngsters because of Parky, he keeps playing his favorites and won't change and like most fans im at the end of the road with his ****e tactics substitutions and fitness levels which is all his fault
I agree about Parky being a bigger problem than McGeady tbf but he's a massively safety first kind of guy so I'm not expecting him to change much. I think something as simple as changing to a 4-3-3 would massively help. Attacking full backs in Hume and Sanderson, Grant sitting and two of Scowen, O'Nien, Embleton and Neil in front with two wingers and a striker up top. I'm still think we don't get enough players up in support in and around the box so having wingers and centre mids attacking the area takes a bit of the load off whoever we have up front.
great suggestion...........do you think he would do that though mate,if he does i can see me believing in santa again, let's hope Parky reads these pages for inspiration...........
